Our visit to Redemptoris Mater Seminary Brasilia

Archbishop Costelloe

confers the ministry of lector on two seminarians - Noe Navarrete Apaez and Alexis Vega Osorio - on October 15th, the feast of St Teresa of Jesus. The communities in which the seminarians celebrate the Word and the Eucharist for their formation in Christian Faith were present to support them; they were the communities of Star of the Sea, Cottesloe and Good Shepherd, Kelmscott.

Christmas Crib

Made by the seminarians is different every year and is divided between two areas. There is Bethlehem with the surrounding animal holding pens and the stream of water, as well as the desert scene of the three wise men keeping themselves warm from the winter cold.
