“.... having seen the fruits of the missionary zeal of these communities in our own archdiocese, I consider it appropriate to the circumstances of our local Church to establish an Archdiocesan Missionary Seminary "Redemptoris Mater".

THE ADMISSIO FOR 3 SEMINARIANS
The Admissio is the official application by each seminarian to be candidates for ordination. The Archbishop is present to confirm this request and invokes the Holy Spirit upon them during the Eucharist.
This took place on the feast of the Annunciation, March 26th in the Seminary Chapel.

The new Archbishop for Perth was officially received in St Mary’s Cathedral on March 21st and has assumed the pastoral leadership of the Diocese.
